NVP-508, our CD19-targeted CAR-T cell therapy, was featured in an oral presentation at the 65th ASH Annual Meeting. In patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, NVP-508 achieved an overall response rate of 89% and a complete response rate of 62%, with median duration of response not yet reached.
NVP-508 features a proprietary co-stimulatory domain design with enhanced T-cell expansion and persistence. Cytokine release syndrome was predominantly grade 1-2, with no neurotoxicity of grade 3 or above.
A registration study is planned for H2 2026, with exploration in follicular and mantle cell lymphoma underway.
